Order On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal is considered, and pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of
granting leave to appeal, we REINSTATE the restrictions set forth in paragraph no. 4 of the June 5, 1990 order of the Ingham
Circuit Court in docket no. 90-65963-AA. We REMAND the matter to the Honorable James R. Giddings of the Ingham Circuit Court.
On remand, we direct Judge Giddings to promptly conduct a hearing to determine whether the restrictions alluded to (supra)
should remain in effect during the pendency of the appeal in the instant case or whether those restrictions should be modified
in order to provide adequate protection during the pendency of the appeal. In addition, we direct Judge Giddings to consider
whether the bond ordered by the Court of Appeals pursuant to its orders of June 8 and August 1, 1990 in Court of Appeals docket
no. 129241 should be modified in any respect to provide adequate protection during the pendency of the appeal in that case.
Following that hearing, Judge Giddings shall issue an opinion with regard to these matters and shall enter an appropriate
order to be filed with the Clerk of this Court. Pending and until entry of the further order of the Ingham Circuit Court, the Court of Appeals orders of June 8 and August
1, 1990 shall remain in effect.
